Registration for the 2022-2023 dance season will begin soon — forms and schedules will be updated on this site throughout May 12, 13 and 14. Thank you for your patiences as we get everything online.

2022-2023 Program Registration Forms

Registration for the 2022-2023 dance year will begin the week of May 16th (see registration start dates below).
-Registration will begin via email at 8am on the following dates, depending on the level you are registering for:
Monday, May 16 – ITP Level 5 and up
Tuesday, May 17 – ITP Level 1 and up
Wednesday, May 18 – Teen Program & Theatre Program
Thursday, May 19 – RD, P1, MC, P2, P3, P4
Friday, May 20 – All classes are open for registration as of Friday, May 20th.
*Any registrations received before 8am on your level’s start date will be held to process at the end of your level’s registration start date. You may register a student for all their classes on the first registration date they qualify for – you do not need to register on multiple dates for the same student.
-Registration forms are fillable PDFs. They are best completed on a computer. You fill out the form, save a copy and return via email to email@example.com. All students must have a completed and signed registration form (typed name on signature line is sufficient). Pre-completed registration forms may be dropped off at the studio. Any registrations emailed or dropped off early will be added to the end of the first day of their level’s registration. Phone in registrations will be allowed beginning May 24th, however forms will require signature before classes begin. Email and drop-off forms are strongly preferred.
-You must register for the appropriate level. Children’s and Teen Program students have received placement notices. ITP students are generally progressing to the next level, unless you have been contacted already. Hip Hop and Acro students should register based on age/school grade. You may check with the office to verify you placement.
-Please include first AND second class time choices on your form (there is space provided). Please note that there may be changes to the schedule due to enrollment and teacher availability.
-Please include payment information or indicate your registration fee has been sent (or will be sent within 2 days of confirmation) via etransfer to firstname.lastname@example.org (include your student’s name in the message). Registration is $30+tax ($34.50) for single student or $40+tax ($46) for family with multiple students.
-The stage-costume rental fee will be billed with the August payment for ITP and Teen Program (accounts on monthly billing) and with the November payment for Children’s Program (accounts on 10-week billing).
-Please note that no registrations will be processed on accounts with an outstanding balance.
-Registration will normally be processed within three business days. You will receive an e-receipt when the registration fee is processed and an e-mail confirmation with the details of your registration. If you do not, please contact us on the third day to be sure we received your form.
We want to thank you in advance for your patience as we navigate this busy time together! We will process the forms in the order they are received. Any forms received early, will be held to the end of the day that registration opens for their level.

~Drop by either location during office hours to register in person (during registration week, drop off your form to be added to the queue of registrations coming via email).
~Phone in registrations may be accepted beginning May 24th, with credit card payment – but must be signed before classes begin in September.
