Ask us about ITP 6
ITP Level 6 students take 2 ballet classes, 1 jazz class, 1 tap class, and 1 modern class per week. This level takes a Society of Russian Ballet level 6 Ballet Examination, a Performance Arts Educators of Canada (PAEC) Tap Examination and a PAEC Jazz Examination. ITP Level 6 students are assessed for pointe shoes if they are enrolled in a minimum of 2 ballet classes per week. Students in this level are invited to audition for our Maritime Dance Senior Elite (MDSE) Performance Team which is a pre-professional dance company that focuses on contemporary, jazz, ballet, tap, and hip hop. MDSE rehearses on Saturday evenings and Sunday afternoons.
Classes run from September until mid June when we present our annual recitals. Registration begins in the Spring and will continue throughout the summer months. We also offer on-going registration for new students throughout the year.
How to register
Details and registration forms available on the Registration page, under the Classes tab.
Our school uniform for the Intensive Training Program is a wide strap black bodysuit, pink tights for ballet classes, tan or black tights for tap and jazz classes. Students should wear bodysuits, tights, and barefeet or half shoes to Modern class.
